First-Come, First-Serve Basis
Admissions are open to all on a first-come, first-serve basis. If seats are unavailable at the time of application, the applicant will be placed on a waiting list, with priority based on the order of application.
The Prospectus and Admission Forms are available at the School Office.
To proceed with the admission process, please complete the application form and submit it along with the following documents to our administrator:
- Original Birth Certificate or Original School Leaving Certificate
- Photocopy of Aadhar Card (Mandatory)
- Six passport-size photographs
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Admission will be confirmed upon fee payment receipt.
- 25% of seats in the 1st Standard are reserved under the Right to Education Act.
Re-Admission
If a student’s name is removed from the roll due to non-payment of dues or absence without leave for seven consecutive days, re-admission is subject to the Principal’s discretion and seat availability. Upon approval, the student must pay re-admission fees and any outstanding dues. Direct admission in Grades X and XII is contingent upon fulfilling CBSE requirements.
Rules for Fee
For Grades I to XII
- 1st Installment: Due by 30th March 2024 (25% of total fees covering March, April, June)
- 2nd Installment: Due by 15th June 2024 (25% of total fees covering July, August, September)
- 3rd Installment: Due by 15th October 2024 (25% of total fees covering October, November, December)
- 4th Installment: Due by 15th January 2025 (25% of total fees covering January, February, March)
Please Note
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Challans can be submitted to the A/C Department at the City Office (Prabhat Kids School, 56, Toshniwal Layout, Akola) during office hours, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Fees can be paid via cash or cheque (payable to Prabhat Kids School, Akola).
- Fees are also accepted via the school’s authorized software, Entab, and through online banking.

Admission Withdrawal
Note: Parents wishing to withdraw their child mid-session must submit a written application one month in advance and settle any outstanding fees.
If parents intend to request a Transfer Certificate (TC) at the end of the academic year, a written application should be submitted one month before the start of the new academic session. If the TC is requested after the new session begins, the first installment of the fee will be required.
