Beyond the Classroom: Prabhat Kids School Empowers Grade X Students and Parents for a Future of Possibilities

With a vision to help Grade X students confidently navigate one of the most crucial phases of their academic journey, Prabhat Kids School, Akola,  organised a  Special Career Guidance Workshop for students and their parents on Saturday, 4th July 2026. The workshop aimed to guide students and parents on career planning, higher education, personality development, and the vital role of parents in shaping informed career choices.

The programme was graced by the esteemed presence of Visionary Founder Director Hon. Dr. Gajanan Nare, Director Mrs. Vandana Nare, Principal Mrs. Vrushali Waghmare, Vice Principal Mrs. Archana Belsare, Sr. Coordinator Mr. Mohd Asif and Member of the Board of Directors & Head of Competitive Examinations Ms. V. Anuradha, along with the distinguished Guest of Honour and Career Expert Dr. Trishul Kulkarni, Director of NorthStar Careers, and eminent Educationist and Academic Consultant Mr. Pradeep Somani.

The keynote speakers, Dr. Trishul Kulkarni and Mr. Pradeep Somani, were warmly welcomed and felicitated by Hon. Dr. Gajanan Nare in recognition of their outstanding contribution to the field of education and career guidance.

In her welcome address, Principal Mrs. Vrushali Waghmare extended a warm greeting to the gathering and emphasised the importance of timely career planning in today’s dynamic and competitive world. The entire programme was gracefully and effectively anchored by Ms. V. Anuradha.

The workshop featured two highly engaging and insightful sessions by Dr. Trishul Kulkarni and Mr. Pradeep Somani. Drawing upon their rich professional experience, the speakers guided students and parents on recognising individual strengths and interests, choosing appropriate academic streams, exploring emerging career opportunities, cultivating self-awareness, developing sound decision-making abilities, maintaining discipline and effective time management in studies.

The programme concluded with an inspiring address by Hon. Dr. Gajanan Nare, who interacted with parents and highlighted their pivotal role in nurturing their children’s aspirations.
