On 2nd April 2024, Prabhat Kids School, Akola organized an educational visit for Std. VII students to ‘Anand Servo Petroleum’ in Mhaispur, Akola.
The visit aimed to provide practical insights into the operations of a petrol pump. Students observed the fueling process, underground storage tanks, and the fuel maintenance and distribution system. They learned about temperature and density control, as well as safety measures during fuel transfer. A hands-on experience of filling fuel into a customer’s vehicle enhanced their understanding. Overall, the visit deepened students’ knowledge of petrol pump operations and safety protocols.
