Motivational Workshop for Students
Prabhat Kids School, Akola, in collaboration with the Health & Wellness Club and Youth Club, organized a remarkable Motivational Session “Dhyana Kadun Dhyeyakade” for Students’ Empowerment on Friday, 26th September 2025. The keynote speaker for the day was Mr. Shivaji Jagannathrao Kuche, an International Corporate Trainer, a renowned Motivational Speaker, Certified NLP Practitioner and a Spiritual Mentor who has inspired thousands of students and professionals across the globe.

The program began with a warm felicitation ceremony, where Mr. Kuche was honored with a Shawl, Shrifal, Bouquet and a Memento as a symbol of love, respect and gratitude by Founder Director Hon. Dr. Gajanan Nare, Director Mrs. Vandana Nare and Principal Mrs. Vrushali Waghmare.
In his enriching session, Mr. Kuche enlightened the audience about the significance of neurological alignments in personal growth and development. He explained the concept of the neuro-placebo effect, emphasizing how our beliefs and thoughts have the power to influence our body’s chemistry. Students were fascinated to learn that their own thoughts could create chemicals in the body that directly affect emotions and health. Through interactive demonstrations and activities like loud clapping, throat catharsis and laughter yoga, he showed how these techniques help to generate positive energy, reduce stress and build a cheerful mindset. He explained the scientific logic behind clapping as a way to stimulate energy points and create vibrations that foster positivity.
He further spoke about the power of perception, stating that what we see and listen daily plays a vital role in shaping our personality and behavior. He highlighted the importance of meditation, especially chanting meditation, in maintaining inner peace, improving concentration and controlling stress. He also introduced students to the profound concept of collective consciousness and explained how shared positive thoughts can bring about harmony and reduce stress in society. Another important aspect of his talk was digital well-being, where he cautioned students about the negative effects of excessive mobile usage, screen time and the addictive nature of social media platforms like Instagram, which can adversely affect focus, productivity and mental health. The session was not just a lecture but a truly engaging experience filled with practical techniques, laughter, and deep insights. Students actively participated, reflected on their own habits and felt motivated to bring about positive changes in their lives.
