Eduspark -2025 Empowering Educators Building Futures

The two-day Eduspark 2025 Workshop, jointly organized by Prabhat Kids School and Shri Shivaji Education Society, commenced on 23rd August 2025 with great enthusiasm and participation.

The inaugural session featured a cordial welcome of the esteemed chief guests, Vilasrao Harne and Manoj Deshmukh, followed by the ceremonial garlanding of the portrait of Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh.

The first day was dedicated to pedagogical enrichment and innovative teaching methodologies. The sessions included Classroom Management and Teacher Responsibilities by Farida Ali Khamusi, Child Development and Psychology by V. Anuradha, and Storytelling as a Pedagogical Tool by Sudha Pandit. The day concluded with an educational documentary screening followed by an engaging group discussion on global best practices in education.

A guided school tour was subsequently for over 100 visiting teachers, providing them with insights into innovative teaching practices and an opportunity to observe a live Parent-Teacher Meeting. The day effectively blended theoretical knowledge with practical exposure, thereby setting a strong foundation for the sessions on the following day.

The second day, held on 24th August 2025, commenced with a rejuvenating yoga session and focused on developing practical competencies in early childhood education. The sessions included Phonics Training by Zinal Seth, Child Health and Safety by Vishakha Bandiwan, Holistic Progress Card (HPC) and Record Maintenance by Vaishali Tolmare, and Parent Engagement and Admission Guidance by Anuradha Mahore.

The Circle Time Activities session enabled participants to creatively present their learning outcomes and reflect on key takeaways. The closing ceremony was graced by Prakash Andhare, along with distinguished school leaders including Gajanan Nare, Vandana Nare, and Vrushali Waghmare.

The workshop concluded on a highly positive note, with participants sharing valuable feedback, receiving certificates of participation, and expressing their commitment to implementing the acquired knowledge and skills in their respective classrooms.
